Mohamed Zidan Jawed is the Under-11 Boys Individual Swimming Champion at the CBSE Nationals, shatters a 12-year record!

In a breathtaking display of speed and skill, Mohamed Zidan Jawed of grade 4 P sped through the water like a powerful torpedo at the CBSE National Swimming Championship 2024-25 held at KIIT International School, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Competing in the Under-11 Boys category, Mohamed not only secured an incredible 2 gold medals and 1 silver but also shattered a long-standing national record!


With a phenomenal time of 1:06.28 in the 100-meter freestyle, Mohamed etched his name in CBSE history, breaking a 12-year-old record and leaving everyone in awe. He followed up this performance with another gold in the 50-meter freestyle (30.59 seconds) and a silver in the 50-meter backstroke (36.47 seconds).


His exceptional performance across the events earned him the prestigious Under-11 Boys Individual Champion Trophy, cementing his place as one of the fastest young swimmers in the nation.
